Mike, Thank you for your help. Finally I can debug my code under e2studio but I think that there is a bug in e2studio. First of all I corrected values of option bytes (as you wrote above, 0xEF7FED85) but the problem was still exist. Then I read error messages again and I look in to debug monitor area settings in e2studio. I checked 'Use range of debug monitor area' in Properties - C/C++ Build - Settings : Tool Settings tab - Linker - Device but I wasn't defined range of debug monitor area - I left text edit empty. When the above setting is unchecked then the problem exists. Robert P.S. I'm using USB-TK interface.
