I have connected several sensors to PMOD ports and used them in my prototypes. None of them were actual PMOD sensors, I just hooked up my connections as needed. My sensors have used I2C, SPI, and UART communications. Synergy and the S7G2-DK dev kit PMOD ports made the process of evaluating sensors quite easy. It is really nice that they have included analog switches so that you can enable or disable individual PMOD ports. This allows you to use other pins on the expansion ports. Note also that Renesas has provided both 3.3 and 5 volts to the PMOD ports - nice ... Steve
