Forum Post: RE: Debug Launcher fails

Hello Karol. Thank you, but I already mentioned that I think I know how to set up the Debugger. I should have sent you a screenshot as well. I also know where the .elf file is. I did have the correct processor selected. I basically copied everything from a working example. As I mentioned, the Blinky code works just fine. I think the IDSE tool itself is the problem. It remembers configurations, even though I've deleted the entire project directory. I did NOT start this project from "scratch". I mentioned that I got this code from the Synergy Gallery: "Filename: an_r30an0231eu0111_synergy_guix_weather_panel.zip" The code compiles. The very first time I tried to run this code, it worked. After that, I could not get it to load again. I tried DELETING everything, including Synergy, and re-installing everything. That was all just a waste of time. For some reason, my computer still remembers the configuration even though I though I UNINSTALLED everything and REINSTALLED it all. Then I did the updates. That was very time consuming and didn't help. I can't sent the .elf file. It's about 4 megabyte, so this forum won't let me send it. It does seem like a reasonable sized file given the complexity. This is a serious bug. I really can't use this tool if it doesn't give me repeatable results. Thank you, Richard V
