It was an outstanding issue until two days ago. Today is the second day that I can see the encrypted source files decoded and step inside them with the debugger and its being very useful because now I have seen that an otherwise impossible to debug issue with the JPEG decoding is because a failure to perform tx_event_flags_get() (why? I don't know, I'm still working on it). The real nuisance is that I never changed anything related to the license inside e2studio nor performed any ISDE update, but some days the files are unavailable and other days they are happy to show their internals to everyone, it depends on the mood of e2studio. It's a funny behavior to put it mildly... I really don't see the point on delivering the source files encoded. Other manufacturers have agreements with OS providers and deliver full source code of the kernel, the stacks and all the stuff and there is no problem with it. Nobody steals it because it is already free to the end user (there's no point on stealing something free, right?). Lets hope in the future the files are delivered unencrypted or, at least, that the decrypting process works without hiccups. Thanks for your interest, Warren.
