It didn't work eitther to fully stop and restart the channel. Before switching the table: ST0  |= 3u; SOE0 &= ~1u; STMK0  = 1; STIF0  = 0; SRMK0  = 1; SRIF0  = 0; After switching the table: STMK0  = 0; STIF0  = 0; SRMK0  = 0; SRIF0  = 0; SO0  |= 1u; SOE0 |= 1u; SS0  |= 3u;
